Kiki goes to Zen and asks if he wants to make Shirayuki his queen. He also wants to support Zen and Shirayuki. After sparing some time with Mitsuhide, he asks Kiki to stay a bit longer. She reflects on her past, how she met Zen and Mitsuhide, realising that there are reliable people in the world, and her agreement to serve the castle with her father.
Kiki explains why she did not tell Mitsuhide first and why it got harder when she dragged on. This puts her at odds with Mitsuhide and betrayed feeling betrayed by both Zen and Kiki kept their secret from him. Kiki tells Mitsuhide she has an unpaid debt at the Wistal castle. Later, in the story, Kiki revealed she made an agreement with Zen to serve as her aide for a few years before returning home to take over the Seiran household. She is cold and stern towards troublemakers and triflers, but she is kind to people she respects. She and Mitsuhide both notice Zen’s shyness and interest in Shirayuki that they approve and support. She is a close Aides of Zen’s sons, and an excellent swordsman. He has a close relationship with Zen, and can often be seen laughing while together. His brother, Izana, introduced Zen first in his teens. The only character not named AnS is that he followed Zen with no idea what a motive is for him. You tend to hide your face under a mask and see it as an unhealthy person.
